Winter 2025

Lemon Zinger

This zingy vinegar is bright and floral with  lemon forward notes. Create a pop of flavor by finishing your local catch or local harvest with this citrus delight. Perfect on all fish dishes and vegetables alike. Refresh with a  lemon spritzer by mixing with bubbly water and honey.

Ginger

This ginger forward vinegar is velvety and warming with a rich spice. Ginger lovers rejoice! Enhance your respiratory health and use as a holistic digestif after a meal to help settle indigestion. Add to bubbly water to create a healthy ginger ale.

Lavender Lemonade
