VINEGAR, WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?

Health Professionals and Wellness Advocates rave about the benefits of daily use of raw apple cider vinegar with the mother. The “mother” means that during the fermentation of raw apples, acetic acid is created. The vinegar must be kept raw and unfiltered to protect the natural beneficial bacteria created in the fermentation process. The acetic acid is the compound that is responsible for the health claims of the vinegar. You know its in there if you see a murky and sometimes globular compound in the bottom of the bottle.

I am a Holistic Nutrition Educator and Certified Health Supportive Chef and I’ve seen many of the benefits first hand. Just to note, that I am not a doctor and I cannot provide medical advice. I can tell you that I enjoy my regular use of vinegar and I feel better now that it is in my life consistently.

My clients have also sung the praises of taking their vinegar regularly. Please keep in mind that we are all bio-chemically different and may respond differently to foods. In addition to adding a healthy routine to your life, eliminate an unhealthy routine to experience even more wellness.

I’ve found studies showing improvement for the following conditions:

  • Improving Digestion

  • Enhancing the Immune System

  • Reducing Inflammation

  • Lowering Cholesterol

  • Lowering Blood Pressure

  • Reducing Bloating

  • Promoting Weight Loss

  • Increasing Energy

  • Maintaining Vitality

  • Killing Pathogens

  • Regulating Blood Sugar

  • Adding Vitamins and Minerals to the Diet
